1. Introduction The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing Air Compressor equipment and placement of new system, the purchase and installation of new Air Compressors, air dryers, receiver tanks and piping at Central Bus Washer Garage, Central Operations & Inspection (O & I) Building and Central Major Overhaul Building. Replacement of Air Compressors at all Bus Location Project is funded through a Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grant to help communities support public transportation to eligible recipients for planning, vehicle purchases, facility construction, operations, and other purposes. This project is subject to Federal Transit Administration oversight. Federal requirements and provisions apply throughout the development of this project. Very strict timelines and budgetary requirements apply. 2.
