Business Development Mission

The Republic of Malawi

October 1-10, 2010

The Minstry of Industry & Trade of the government of Malawi has graciously offered to host this Business Development Mission to Malawi. This mission is being organized by The Foundation for Democracy in Africa in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Malawi. The purpose of the mission is to explore ways of increasing bilateral trade, business linkages and cultural understanding with Malawi. Building on the recent visit of His Excellency Dr. Ngwazi Bingu Wa Mutharika to Miami, Florida, the mission will also explore ways to promote Florida’s economic advantages, and advance Miami-Dade County as the Gateway to Africa and as a platform for international trade with Malawi.
